Shipping policy

We ship out all our orders with Royal Mail First Class shipping. On average, Royal Mail First Class shipping is 3-7 business days. As this is an average, sometimes items may arrive sooner or may arrive later during busy periods like holidays, etc. 

Please note that this excludes any processing/handling times. If a product has processing/handling times, it will be noted on the product page.

We recommend you order before the 9th of December if you want your order to arrive before Christmas. 

Please take the estimated shipping times into account before purchasing. Please also note that these shipping times are also estimates and due to variables in delivery times, and due to us no longer having control over the package once it is shipped out, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times.
